BNN Ltd rents out numerous shared properties in Bulgaria. To automate the reporting of utilities, like electricity and water, Key Development created a custom end-to-end solution to help BNN and their tenants.

- We created a tailor-made backend in the cloud to gather the data from all connected IoT devices
- Tenants got a simple dashboard application on their devices to deliver notifications and display current usage
